More information: Much more information is needed in order to answer this question. Your age, caffeine intake, medication use, illnesses,and any other symptoms are all important. The good news is that breast cancer seldom causes pain. This is also the bad news because we usually respond to pain faster than other symptoms and it might help increase the rate of early diagnosis if it caused pain.
