The body will heal: In fact, it's programmed to. The only thing is, this may form a small scar depending on how 'deep' it is. Best to keep the area clean- just soap and water is fine. I would expect it to 'close off' in a day or so. If redness or increased pain develop, then you need to see a doctor. That seems unlikely though and I think your body is healing itself. If boils recur, see an ID doc as they can help.
