Definitely: Toradol should never be used for more than 5 days. Even then, the dose needs to be adjusted for elderly patients. I don't think that there has been a head to head comparison of the two drugs. Naprosyn (naproxen) has no such restictions as to how long it can be given.

Toradol: Both are nsaid's and so have the same warnings. Toradol has additional warning on long term use (more than 5-10 days continuously) and its effects on the kidney.
