Very risky: This type of surgery is possible, but it's long term success or benefitis unclear. These are very demanding, highly invasive procedures, that are aimed at fixing damage. But without identifying and managing how those structures became damaged, the opportunity for long term success is limited. I prefer to exhaust all non invasive options first.
