A member asked:

Anytime i have sex with my bf, it results in major anxiety attacks. i've never had unprotected sex but i freak out anyways, thinking i'm preg. help?

Anxiety after sex: can mean any number of things. Fear of pregnancy is the least likely if you are using birth control and having protected sex. Think about how you feel about sex and about your boyfriend. Did you start too soon in the relationship? Are you finding sex to be something you enjoy and find fulfilling? Are you feeling pressured into having sex? Would you rather back down for a while to sort out your feelings and would your BF understand?
