Any way to rid of a hemaroid? not painful etc. or no way to get rid of it without painful surgery

Treated at home by avoiding constipation, drink plenty of liquids, eat more fiber (fruits, vegetables, Metamucil), avoid junk foods, warm bath soaks. See a surgeon if symptoms persist.
