Fast food vs acidity: Eat salads and fruits .drink lot of water. Avoid any outside food/ fast food.eat Greek yogurt 2 cups a day . If you have gas , stop soda and meats for a week. No coffee as well for few days. Try OTC Prilosec for few days . If no better ,see an MD or oh to ER
