They are: Not the same but in the same category as SNRI'S (Seratonin Norepinephrine Reuptake Inhibitors). So bottom line, since everyone is different, you would have to just try one. I will say this: watch out for withdrawal symptoms or side effects such as headaches, sweats, shakes, and irritability. If that happens you have to wean off extremeve slowly always under psychiatric supervision.
