Maybe: The approved protocol in this country combines methotrexate or mefepristone with misoprostol and are used in the first 7 weeks of pregnancy and fail in 5-10% of cases. Bleeding for only 1/2 day and passing 2 clots sounds like this may be ne of the cases of a failure. An ultrasound or serial quantitative HCGs would help answer this question.
