Lump near vagina: A hard "bump" which is not painful can be a sebaceous cyst (harmless and benign) or an inclusion cyst. If it bothers you, see your provider who can remove it. A recurrent lump as you describe is usually a sweat gland which has a blocked exit canal, thus the "hard lump" you feel intermittently.
