Exam needed: tender breasts are usually fibrocystic breasts which can be treated by stopping caffeine and taking vitamin e 800 iu daily. We must always rule out breast cancer with an exam with your obgyn and imaging as needed.

Vaginal odor: Vaginal infections may occur and cause "vaginosis", caused by organisms spread by sexual contact but not considered "STD's". Tender breasts are not related to vaginal odor, but if your period is "late" or very light, get a serum HCG test to make sure you are not pregnant. See your healthcare provider for an exam if symptoms continue.
