It's always possible: Any time of the month where unprotected sex occurs can result in pregnancy. Ovulation tends to occur 14 days before the onset of the next menstrual period, but multiple ovulations can and do occur in a single cycle. They are known as fraternal twins! Contraception works during any part of the menstrual cycle-use it.
