My period is 11 days early and i have cramps ...doesn't feel different and i only have protected sex ?

Not too abnormal: Although it would not be considered completely normal, it is not unusual to have an irregular period once in awhile during your menstruating years. Sometimes our hormones go out of whack for various benign reasons and we end up with an extra period or some intra-cycle spotting which is nothing to be too worried about unless it's happening all the time.
