? Migraine: Migraine headaches can cause a strange feeling in the head and make you sensitive to lights and sounds. If this is a severe headache I would see an urgent care or emergency room for consultation with the doctor. If you could try Excedrin Migraine this could help you before seeking a doctor. Good luck
