Not likely...: After 7 months, the chance of missing it are pretty low. The tests for Chlamydia are not perfect so even a negative test wouldn't convince me. There are quite a few false negatives and it can affect future fertility. The good news is that its very easy to treat. The best thing for you to do is to get the treatment antibiotic and take it. Then you won't have to worry about it any more.
