See your Doc...: It sounds like you period was abnormally short for you and now you are having pregnancy-like symtoms and back pain. You probably want to see your doc and find out what is going on. Pregnancy is a possibility and so is something abnormal like an ectopic pregnancy or miscarriage. Its also possible you are not pregnant. But it may take a blood test and visit to figure it out.
