Neck problem: Certain neck disorders like disc problems or arthritic spurs can cause radiation of discomfort, but it's not usual to cause foot pain and not arm pain as well. I don't think that your foot pain is related to neck problems. Have your physician examine you for foot problems if that pain persists.

Many possible causes: Pressure on the spinal cord in the neck might cause pain in the foot but that would be unusual. Typically it would cause numbness in the hands. The foot pain could be due to anything, and a medical exam is needed to sort it out. Good luck.
