Penis: Several factors influence the appearance of the penis size. Usually a fat pad above the pubic bone makes the penis look small. Your son may have delayed onset of puberty and a doctor assessment would help. Genetics also plays a role. Be supportive and do not make it the focus of doctors or yourself. Things will be better with time.

Depends: If he is 15 but 50+ pounds overweight his chub is just hiding his stuff.Exam would show normal size and development.Better weight management would allow for a normal appearance. If he is average wt but buried, he needs to see his doc and then a specialist for further evaluation. Either way it's worth a trip to the doc.
