You determine gender: The sex carried by your sperm determines the sex of the baby.If you are so set on a gender selection, go to a fertility center and pick out some gender specific eggs you have created and they can implant one in your spouse. The shot,timing stuff and sex positions is silly crap that won't go away because it is always at least half right, an any position or timing would.
