#1 cause is...: The number one cause is believe it or not pregnancy from a failed tubal ligation. Run a pregnancy test and if positive see your OB MD. If the test is negative, your periods will resume soon as you are just exiting the post partum period. The period will be further delayed if you are breastfeeding.
