Rehydration Therapy: You do want to give your baby pedialyte a teaspoon at a time during this period of vomiting to keep the electrolytes normal. The pedialyte will not stop the vomiting. If your baby continues to vomit and cant even keep down the teaspoons then it is important to bring her into the hospital.
