Early period: Could just be the early phases of your period. If you miss a period completely, take a pregnancy test. If you develop any pelvic pain, fever or purulent vaginal discharge, see your doctor to be checked for infection.

No ! Sex at menses : If that's the only time , not possible.If you have a clear stringy discharge with blood , it may suggest a cervical erosion or sone vaginal irritation. If a persistent proble ,get a check up.
