is there any way i can get rid of my bad dandruff without washing my hair as i have straightened my hair?

No: A cortisone solution will help some. Wait 3 days, then OK to shampoo. There are shampoos made especially for use on chemically straightened hair, evidently sulfate-free. Swimming in chlorinated pool water or sea water may undo the process.
