Your ovulation test: The line on your ovulation test signifies that you have ovulated and that this is a good time to conceive. In approximately 2 weeks, you should take a pregnancy test if you miss your menstrual period. The pain you are experiencing is likely pain associated with ovulation (also known as Mittelschmerz). Some women experience these symptoms and therefore know when they ovulate. Good luck to you.

Doubtful: ovulation predictors show when you are ovulating, not pregnant. You are probably ovulating now, but we always need to make sure your are not pregnant. Please do a urine pregnancy test or go to your obgyn for a blood test which will show pregnancy before you even miss your period
