Diet pills: I don't recommend diet pills. I do recommend better nutrition and increased exercise. By increasing fiber in your diet and decreasing fat and simple sugars work wonders, and is better for you. The fiber can curb your appetite. Diet pills may have severe side effects, plus when you stop them and your behavior has not changed, you will be right back where you started.
