Acne scarring: A scab is a natural band aid. Our instincts often drive us to remove a scab or "pick a scab". With time, if there is any blood or oozing, a scab will form. This should be left until it literally falls off. This way, there will be no significant scarring. Unfortunately, some patience may be required here.
