Hi i have a sharp pain in my throat about once per day and it becomes to painful that it becomes difficult for me to talk. i have to cough to get it off and it usually lasts for around 30 seconds. this has been going on for a month ):?

Unclear: YOu may have reflux or something caught in your throat. YOu need to have an exam of the throat by a endoscope which is done by an ENT doctor. Please call one and get an appt.

Painful throat: This could be an enlarged styloid bone or something caused by post-nasal drip. This will require a complete examination
