BV?: How heavy are your periods. Heavy menstrual bleeding can lead to anemia and subsequent fatigue. Try Ibuprofen or Naproxen for your cramps. Vaginal odor could be due to Bacterial Vaginosis - odor worse with sexual intercourse. If symptoms persist, see your clinician for evaluation. Take Care.
