Vaginal Bleeding: Implantation bleed occurs 6-12 days after conception, which is close to the time of your next menstrual cycle. Implantation bleed is usually darker in color than menstrual bleeding, lasting only a few hours, not days. Also look out for other signs and symptoms (nausea, breast tenderness, dizziness) if there is concern of pregnancy. If any concerns, take a pregnancy test.
