Not implantation: Implantation is not 7 weeks after sex. If an egg is fertilized, and is dividing into an embryo, it will implant about 7-10 days after fertilization (fertilization happens about a day after sex). If a urine pregnancy test is done correctly, 3 or more weeks after sex, then a negative result means one is not pregnant.
