It depends.: I know you hate the "it depends" answer, but it does! Factors to consider include whether the condom contained a spermicide, what, if any, contraception, your partner uses and what part of her menstrual cycle she was in. If it's been less than 72 hours since the event and she's not on contraception, I advise she get "Plan B." The take home message is, don't ever again reuse/reapply a condom.
