Olive Oil is better: taken internally than put on your hair. If your doc is ok w/this, you can take 3 tablespoons daily. This can help your skin as well as hair. Better yet, get a Micronutrient lab test from Spectracell lab in Tx so that your oleic acid (oil) can be measured along w/many other nutrients. Peace and good health.
