Need more info: My best recommendation is for you to make an appointment with a urologist. Your family physician can make a referral for you. It could be anything from food that you eat to a low grade infection.

No medication: First we have to know what's causing this itching. It will help to consult a Urologist. I assume if you never had sex then you must be masturbating. Could excessive pressure cause this ? I do not know. No one can give you a medication without understanding and explaining the cause.
