Bronchospasm...: it sounds like you are experiencing bronchospasm. A bronchodilator inhaler may help with this so see your doctor for diagnosis and treatment.

Reactive airways: You might have reactive airway disease. It is known that cold air may induce reactive airway disease in susceptible patients. Please see your doctor or the pulmonologist for pulmonary function tests.
