A member asked:

What can i do asap to stop the pain in my leg caused from constipation?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Fiber and fluids: Constipation can be managed in general with dietary and supplemental fiber as well as adequate fluid intake and exercise. Stool softeners, magnesium citrate or enemas can be used for more resistant episodes. Leg pain would not be an expected consequence of constipation and if present should be investigated if persistent
