It's New Year's Eve.: If a woman had a recent miscarriage, and has no symptoms now, plus no period, she can just wait for the New Year and celebrate a brand new start. If she will be drinking beer, wine, etc., she can do a urine pregnancy test (which will be positive if she is at least 10-14 days pregnant) and then not drink alcoholic drinks if she is pregnant. Her Ob-Gyn Dr. can help if her next period doesn't come.
