Time to...: I think that based on your symptoms it is time to go to the ED. Wheezing sis a sign of bronchospasm( narrow airways)and congestion. It could be associated with bronchitis,asthma, or possibly pneumonia. My suggestion is to go to the ED for immediate evaluation.
