? Fat grafting: Most augmentation in the u. S. Is done via implants which for screening purposes should be placed behind the check muscle (between the muscle and ribs). Fat grafting has become popular in plastics circles usually in conjunction with outer techniques. Be carefull with substance injections. I've seen silicone done which is a bad idea. Work with a reputable plastic surgeon.
