Maybe...: White spots in the vagina should be evaluated--especially If they are part of the skin and do not go away or move when you wipe. In this case, it could be an infection or a skin condition that needs a biopsy. If the spots move when you wipe, they are probably related to a discharge such as yeast infection or bacterial vaginosis. Best wishes!
