Ulcer or Sore: You may have an ulcer or a sore on one side of your vaginal opening. When the urine stream touches it, it may give you pain or burning sensation. Please get checked. Some women have vulvar itching on one side of the labia from a yeast infection or allergy and the scratching on it causes raw areas. When the urine touches it, you get pain on one side. Good Luck.
