See a therapist: Perhaps there are present stressors or past events in your life that are causing you to feel anxiety or depression now. In either case, if you don't feel better after talking to trusted friends or family, then it would be good to seek out a therapist to obtain an evaluation, discuss your feelings and consider treatment recommendations.

Next, get a referral to a reputable psychotherapist to discuss what your current emotional state and life experiences men to YOU. Meds and therapy together are the most optimal approach, for the most part.
