Probably OK: You are probably OK. The primary reason in blood draws that sometimes blood comes out quickly like flowing water and other times slowly like syrup has to do with the size of the vein and the size of the needle. Big vein & big needle the blood flows like water. Venous blood - that's the blood you want them to take - is dark. Enbrel (etanercept) could effect your platelet count.
