Not any: MRI can occasionally pick up continuing leak. Usually based on symptoms. If you have continuing positional headache that makes the diagnosis of CSF leak. Sometimes it takes a few days for CSF pressures to stabilize and to feel normal: especially after having a baby with all the disruptions in sleep, your physiology etc that that brings

Will my CSF leak headache ever go away? It's been over a year now. A resident punctured my dural while trying to place an epidural. I've tried everything from blood patches to muscle relaxers. Mri and x-rays show nothing abnormal. Yet pain persists.
Could i develop spinal headache 3 wks post lumbar suurgery. Positional pain x3 days and a runny nose, when should i become concerned about a csf leak?
