Evaluation: Hi, if I understand correctly you have long periods which is called Menorrhagia, the most common causes of it r: hormonal imbalance, ovarian dysfunction, Endometriosis, Adenomyosis, Polyps, Fibroid, some medications, cancer, being premenopausal. In any case you need evaluation by a Gynecologist with pelvic examination, possible ultrasound, blood test and biopsy to determine the cause and treatment

See Your doctor: There are several possible causes for repetitive blinking: stress or fatigue, dry eyes, Tic disorders, medications, neurologic disorders, & more. A thorough medical history and exam are necessary to identify the cause. Treatment depends on the diagnosis. Suggest that you see your doctor for proper diagnosis and prompt relief of your discomfort.

Menses: Try not to stress. I am not aware of any specific ways to shorten, but you can do things from prolonging. Rest, good hygiene. Stay away from aspirin, ibuprofen. Also, do not drink alcohol too much this can thin your blood and add to bleeding.
