A member asked:

What is the mechanism of action of lanoxin (digoxin) in lung disease?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not much: Lanoxin (digoxin) works on the sodium-potassium-atpase pump in the heart and is cleared by the kidneys. There is little effect if any on the lungs as far as i know.
