A member asked:

I have had paroxysmal af is it okay to use viagra (sildenafil) ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Should be ok: Every patient that lives with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation responds to varying stressors in different way. Some people are more apt to go into afib with slight changes in the phsyiology of the body. Theoretically, viagra (sildenafil) could cause a slight drop in blood pressure that would predispose you towards afib, however this is not likely.
