Depends: Which symptoms are you talking about? Things like nausea for examply may return later due to reflux of stomach acid and/or gallbladder issues. Breast engorgement may occur near the time of delivery.

Pregnancy: there is no rule in pregnancy that you will have any symptoms at any certain time. Things are mostly generalities. As an example morning sickness usually goes away after the first trimester, but some women puke their whole pregnancy. There are as many exceptions as their are usuallies.
