You're fine: Blood comes out because it's under pressure in severed vessels. They'll heal. The medicine stays inside you as it's not under pressure.

No, but...: B12 shot was not wasted. But if you don't have true B12 deficiency, which is VERY rare in men your age, the shot is worthless and needless (but harmless) anyhow.
