Will lotriderm work on my eczema?

Not Good Option: Lotriderm is a combination of topical clotrimazole and betamethasone used to treat fungus infections. This is not a very good treatment option for your eczema. Eczema flares are better treated with topical corticosteroid ointments alone, not ones combined with fungal medications.
