Will anything happen if i take too much omeprazole?

How much is 2 much?: Omeprazole is seldom prescribed at doses that exceed 40mg twice daily. Are you questioning a single use excessive dose, or a prolonged intake of the drug? Please see my prior HealthTap answers regarding PPI-related adverse reactions.
